Ant simulation showing the development of complex behavior (group pathfindng, path memory) from very simple behaviors (move towards food, move towards home.) Ants use pheromones (visualized using the red X's) to show where the trail has been marked; other ants that stumble across such trails pick them up and use them. Without any pheromone trail the ants will wander around until they find a food source. Players should feel free to add rocks, ants, anthills, and food as they wish to see how ants react real-time to dynamic situations.
